Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, we accept return or exchange within 90 days. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.

Q: What is the edibility for return or exchange?

A: Within 90 days from your purchase date, the following scenarios are eligible for return or exchange

- Missing part from the package.

- Item is defective or does not work.

- I don't want it.

Q: How do I return or exchange my merchandise?

A: To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support with your order ID. If the return or exchange is due to missing part or defective item, please also prepare one or two pictures to indicate the defectiveness.

Q: Where do you ship the merchandise?

A: We ship to all USA states except HI and AK.

Q: How do you ship my merchandise?

A: We use FedEx Ground service to ship all the merchandise by default.
